I agree Ken's comp is relatively high. At the same time, if he were to run a sales organization for a pharma company, he would probably make at least as much as he's currently making.
I'm also curious why you don't like Ken? Is it his salary? What about the IR don't you like?
Have you seen IR? post drawdown, seeing some of behavior was a redflag. I'm not talking about anything you'll see on their website.
Ken pays himself too much for what he does/has accomplished for shareholders.

Ken's a strong personality for sure but I think he's done pretty good considering the bad hand dealt by medac/fda
I don't blame em for the treo outcome. The salary and the expenses and the IR aren't great..
