Japan's integrated resorts

Note: This is unfortunately something that’s not actionable on a timescale shorter than 6 years, which I recognize is a timeline that’s longer than most are willing to tolerate.

What this post is, is a brief assembly of research drawing connection between a few players associated with the development of Japan’s first casinos.

There’s possibility these projects, in combination with other unrelated business developments, result in an agreement between these parties in different jurisdictions prior to the construction and opening of the first casino Osaka. At this point this is still highly speculative but would represent a sizeable catalyst.

I have already written a different piece that I’ve left unpublished in anticipation of a contract forming between these parties. I’ve had some reservations about posting anything on the topic sooner than a concrete agreement forming as this is an extremely illiquid security and still within the realm of speculation. If I wanted to remain less than 10% of daily volume to exit my position, I would require about a month to do so. And I don’t particularly own a lot of the stock.
